Multiplica, an important company in design and execution of digital transformation strategies, has acquired BeAgency, an advertising company specialized in building and connecting companies with their clients in digital environments. With this operation, Multiplica reinforces its position in this market segment.
Created in 2014 by Gerard Olivé, Micky Ribera, Jordi Sanllehí, Blanca Martorell and Rafael Ferrater, BeAgency are experts accelerating the performance of brands (Brand Performance) and pioneers in Social Live Shopping, live sales strategies using video on digital channels. They have worked for companies like Levi’s, L’Oréal, Luxottica, CaixaBank, BancSabadell, EstrellaDamm, Desigual, Mango, Inditex, Unilever, Pepsico, Danone and Reebok, among others.
BeAgency has a very strong team of experts in different areas of digital marketing, which are integrated with immediate effect in the Marketing Global Study of Multiplica.
The members of its Management Committee also jointo the new project, with Micky Ribera (until now CEO of BeAgency), who assumes the management of Multiplica´s business unit, and Rafa Ferrater, who continues as Creative General Director, both become partners in the Multiplica group.
The key talent and the management team, made up of Marta Díez (Business Director), Sonia Cabot (Director of Customer Service), Miriam Arjona (CFO), Marc Sorli (Head of eRetail/LiveShopping) and Betsy Sabaté (Creative Director), also join the division.
Multiplica expects to continue growing even more in 2022, and this acquisition is part of its growth and expansion strategy throughout the world.
