What Celebrity was looking for:
Having invested in a testing and targeting platform, Celebrity was looking for help launching their A/B testing and marketing optimization program to increase online conversion within the cruise purchase funnel. Several months of hard work generated results as expected, so that the focus could be shifted to launching personalization and deep targeting campaigns across the site.

We started with a full site audit, and our team worked hand in hand with Celebrity on several targeted tests to gain some quick wins. We developed and launched their first ever A/B test with the goal of increasing cruise purchases through their site. We helped them gain agility by quickly launching campaigns that were used to test promotions and usability improvements on the site.
In 2014, we increased our focus on targeting and personalizing the experience for potential cruise purchasers. We launched various campaigns to increase online conversion.
