What Rusticae was looking for:
Rusticea asked us to reconceptualize their site in two ways: unify their product offers (hotels, restaurants, spas) and improve their site in terms of functionality and appearance to increase conversion.
The redesign objectives were:
- Achieve a balance between enhancing the business factor and positioning the brand through solid graphics and care.
- Obtain a better conversion rate through the search and reservation steps that allow the user to know what to do for each step.
- Obtain qualified leads that could recover contacts that were ready for recruitment.
- Create differential tools that would make the buying process truly unique.
We started working with Rusticae on this project in 2012.
The new buying process: The procedure is much more efficient and understandable, allowing for conversion.
Structure and architecture: The page is much more consistent.
Graphic design: The page’s design matches Rusticae’s image and meets it’s standards. Clear and powerful texts that captivate users and transport them to the feel of Rusticae hotels
Functionality: The functionality of the website and the tools that are available to users make the experience memorable.
Content: Is more user-friendly.
IP geolocation: We contextualized the product in order for it to be accessible to the user.
Image: We made sure to create a space where the Rusticae image was accessible to users in a comforting, genuine, and friendly manner.
