You know perfectly well that some questions can make a company feel uncomfortable. "What makes us different?" is one of those questions.

It has been quite a while since we started to apply this analysis. Each member of the team has an opinion, but we all agree on the following five points:


 
 

Maybe due to professional force of habit, we tend to approach our projects from a business angle. Questions which are as simple but, at the same time, as crucial as 'What use is that to me?' or 'What are the business goals this project is pursuing?' condition the kind of strategic position we adopt.

 
     
 

The Internet with the user is the focal point of all our concerns, is coming to an end.  Or at least it should be.  We have wasted too much time and spent too much energy and effort in satisfying an ungrateful, disloyal user.  Our emphasis has shifted from the user to turning users into clients.

 
     
 

Our focus on results and how to measure them is there, in the very DNA of all our projects. We work towards goals. Quantifiable goals. That is the only way to understand the kind of impact our actions have and how to learn and improve with each project.

 
     
 

Effective, efficient project management: five years as a team and numerous mistakes along the way have led us to develop the kind of work ethic and know-how that guarantees that we will manage projects along the right lines, making the most of available resources.
