In October 2006, Iberia.com commissioned Multiplica to redesign the key processes on its website, with the sole aim of increasing conversion ratios.
The main difficulty of the consultancy work was to break with Iberia.com's technical requirements and internal processes. We needed to accept and interiorise a series of mandatory issues, but at the same time have sufficient imagination, creativity and experience as to be able to ignore them.
